Sydney, Australia.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer flat rate standard ($9.95) and express ($15.95) on most items. Some of our items are large and therefore we cannot offer express. If express is an option it will be shown at checkout.

My item has not arrived yet, what do I do?

First step should be to check the tracking. Parcels can take a few days and in some cases, eg International and Remote orders, longer to arrive. If you still have queries contact us via our Contact Us page or admin@dreamykidz.com.au.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard and American Express), Afterpay and Paypal.

Can I collect my order directly from our office location?

Yes most orders can be collected however some large bulkier items are shipped direct from our warehouse. Check before purchasing. Use code PICKUP to remove the shipping. Once you have placed your order we'll email you the pick up address (SUMMER HILL NSW 2130). 

Pick up times are:

• Monday - Wednesday and Friday: 10.30am to 4pm

• Saturday and Sunday: Closed.

Do you ship worldwide?

We can, however only those items in our international sales tab on the home page.

Will my package include tracking?

Yes, all our parcels are dispatched with a tracking number.

Why was I notified my will come in different shipments?

Due to different shipping locations we have some stock in warehouses close to ports. This means that some stock especially larger items are shipped direct and some may come from our warehouse in Summer Hill.

How do I add a gift message?

Simply leave a gift message during checkout and we will include it with your order.
