How to Order
Buying through Dreamy Kidz website is so easy and convenient. Quite simply, when you see a product you would like to purchase just click on the ‘Add to Order’ button. This will then add the item to your shopping cart. You may then “continue shopping”.
If you have finished selecting all the items you wish to purchase you will need to select your postage option – Standard Shipping, Express Postage or Pick Up with prior arrangement.
Proceed to the checkout, and complete all of your details for delivery including your email address. You will then be redirected to the Secure Payment gateway where you can select your payment method.
A final summary and confirmation of your order will appear on screen and in addition you will also receive an email confirmation of your order.

Acceptable Payment Methods
When you shop on-line we accept ‘electronic payments’ using the EWAY or PayPal system via Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard or your own PayPal account or Afterpay.
We are aware that some of our customers may not have the ability to pay via a card so we also have the option for you to deposit funds directly into our account by ‘Direct Deposit’. We do request payment is made within 5 business days of your purchase as we are unable to hold items longer than this period. If you do require further time to make your payment please contact us to make arrangements. Our account details will be made available at “checkout” and if you choose this method of payment we just require your surname as a payment reference.
We would like to advise that placing an order is a commitment to purchase from us and we request that payment is received within 5 days of purchase date (with exception of cheques/money orders we allow 14 days for receipt of cheque/money order). We understand there can be some instances where unforeseen circumstances may occur so please contact us if you need to make alternative arrangements.
Can I place my order over the phone?
As we can get very busy, there are times where we may not be able to answer the phone immediately so the quickest and convenient way to place your order is on-line. If you are calling with a question about a particular product we would be happy to place your order over the phone at this time. Should you feel uncomfortable using your credit card online, you can pay via Direct Deposit or cheque. Detailed information will be displayed in your order confirmation if you choose to pay by either of these methods.
We deliver everywhere within Australia including Business and home addresses. Most of our items are shipped from us in Sydney and some direct from the warehouse. We ship from the warehouse where it is more economically advantageous for you.
Items are sent via the most economical courier service and tracking details are provided. The postage options below are based on non-regional areas. Non-regional shipment generally attract higher shipping costs and we may need to invoice you the additional shipping charge after your checkout – you will be notified by email.

Our freight costs are sort from Incy Interiors and Craft Works and provided to our customers. We do not make any profit on shipping. Furniture and handmade doll houses are heavy and bulky and freight costs are based on that fact.
Couriers Please and Sendle are our selected methods of shipping, however we may use Australia Post in some instances. If you choose the Express Post Option, your item will be sent via the Australia Post Express Postal Service or Sendle Courier. You are welcome to provide delivery instructions at checkout, however both Dreamy Kidz, Couriers Please and Sendle Couriers cannot be held liable for items that go missing.
Please contact us for International Delivery. International customers are also welcome to place orders for delivery of gifts to family and friends in Australia.
All orders are dispatched within 48 hours of receiving payment. At Dreamy Kidz we offer our customers a choice of shipping methods, Standard Post or Express Post (for less bulky orders). Tracking and insurance is provided with all Standard Post items and Tracking only is provided with Express Post.
If you are based in Sydney we are also more than happy to arrange for you to Pick Up your items from us. Please use the “Contact Us” tab to find out more information.
For overs of $350 and over you will receive FREE STANDARD POSTAGE (unless otherwise stated in the listing) to a street address (PO BOX addresses excluded). Express Post will still be available for a flat rate fee of $15 (where available).
At Dreamy Kidz, we take great pride in the premium quality and safety of our products. We do understand there may be some instances in which you may want to or need to return goods, for which we are happy to oblige under some reasonable circumstances.
If your product is faulty please contact us within 7 days of the original date of purchase. Any photos and video you can provide is helpful and we can then pass that onto our suppliers.
If the product is deemed faulty, in most cases, Dreamy Kidz will notify the supplier/manufacturer and a replacement will be sent direct (standard post). The supplier will arrange pick up and replacement goods.
Faulty goods for some items such as our rug and cushion range are handled directly by Dreamy Kidz. Contact us if unsure.
Refunds / Exchanges
Dreamy Kidz does not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. However, we will be happy to arrange an exchange or credit voucher if you return the product to us, in its original packaging with any tags attached, within 14 days of purchase receipt.
Postage to return your item to us is at the customers expense and will not be refunded. There will also be an additional delivery fee prior to dispatch of exchanged goods. It is also highly recommended that any returns are sent via Registered Post as Dreamy Kidz will not be held responsible for items going astray or being damaged in the mail. All returns are processed within 7 days of receipt. Dreamy Kidz reserves the right to refuse a return if the above conditions are not met.
For change of mind refunds a restocking fee maybe charged depending on method of payment. In some instances a 6% restocking fee maybe incurred for product purchases over $130.
Items purchased on SALE are not covered by our Returns and Exchange Policy unless deemed faulty.

Cancellation of orders
To cancel or modify an order, please contact us immediately. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept cancellations or modification for orders that have already been dispatched/shipped.
Uncollected deliveries (signature on delivery)
For convienence, we offer options at cart for parcels to be left with authority, leave at your front door or signature on delivery. In circumstances where you are not home and have requested a signature on delivery the courier will attempt delivery a few times before the goods are temporarily stored at the depot for a period of 3-5 days. If goods are not collected then the item is returned to us. Any re-delivery charges will need to be paid before it will be dispatched once again.
Unfortunately refunds cannot be issued in these circumstances.
Will my information be safe?
We do not store persistent cookies on your computer.
Dreamy Kidz uses EWAY and PayPal for the processing of all electronic and credit card payments. Both of these providers are secured by two of the world’s most advanced fraud prevention systems. Using the best SSL 128-bit security certificates to encrypt information before it is transmitted, you can be guaranteed your credit card information is protected to the highest security standards set by Visa and Mastercard.
